Calf and Yearling Fibre Gold 16% should be fed to calves to help with the transition from housing to turnout. It will reduce the risk of stress on the calf caused by a change in diet. The straw will continue to create an abrasive effect, to develop the rumen while the fibre content in the grass is still quite low.It will also reduce the risk of calves developing Summer Scour Syndrome or becoming loose in their dung, causing dehydration in calves.
